I want God's blessings in my life

Tonight as I sit her thinking one thing for sure that I want God's blessings in my life. I have been a christian since 1988. I used to tithe all the time. I do not have a local church right now. One thing I do know is that God wants to bless his children.

There are many more scriptures that the word gives in regards to this. One this for sure i am going to start tithing tomorrow when i get paid.  I owe over 7,000 in debt. I am going to start speaking to this debt that it must leave. I will give you updates as i progress.

God Is Faithful To His Word

As I think about how good God is today I am blown away by his faithfulness and his ability to move in our life in any situation. God will move in our life if we let him. We have to trust to know that he will do what he said he will do. God is not a respecter of persons or situations. What he will do for one person, he will do for the next.

Acts 10:34

What a great scripture. I love the word of God so much. It is what keeps me going. Through all the trials and circumstances we face there is one sure thing that the word tells us that the word does not change.

Hebrews 13:8

Why iIs My heart Broken

I ask myself today why is my heart broken. There have been a lot of changes in my life over the past year. I was doing a job for over 15 years and I was moved to another job that i really don't like. I have been doing he new job at the same company for close to a year now. I feel like I don't make a difference anymore. Don't get me wrong I know I am blessed to have a job. I am making the same pay as i was before, so that is not a issue. I have a wonderful girlfriend that I have been seen for over a year. She lives in a different state. It is about a 3 hour drive. I really need God to move in my life. Some people i work with are hard to deal with. I feel like I always have go the extra mile with them.

I am asking God for something new in my life. I would like a new job and a new beginning. If I can pray with you about anything, please send me your prayer request.

On this Sunday I look at the week ahead and all that I must get done. I look at how to stay focused and positive. When we feel overwhelmed this is hard to do. I need to start taking one day at a time and be thankful for the things I have, rather then the things I don't have.

Theres alot going in in my mind

As I am sitting here taking a short break from work I think of the many different things that are going on in my mind and heart. I know that God wants to move in my life and there are things that are contrary to the word of God that needs to be changed. I love God with all my heart and mind and soul. There are people I work with that are pure backstabbers and only out for themselves. Some people that we meet and work with are out to succeed at any cost. They will spread rumors and gossip at any cost so they can make themselves look good. We have to be strong when these things happen in our life. We cannot let it get to us. We have to stand strong and resist the temptations to react to these attacks.

How many people do you know that have this same attitude? I know God does not like ugly and he will take care of the situation if we don't react. We need to pray for those that act this way. We need to ask God to give these folks better jobs and that most importantly we pray for them. We need to show that our God is loving and forgiving. He wants the best for all of us.
