Freds Thoughts March 22, 2014

Thank you God for all your blessings that you bestowed upon and i thank you for all that you do in my life and my family's life. You're the one that has all the answers and your the one who gives wisdom and knowledge to those who call upon you and trust you and believe in your holy Word. I thank you Lord for all that you do again in our everyday life as we trust you put our confidence in you that you are the one and only one that will never fails us. Man is not perfect and does let us down and we have to forgive those who harm us. Sometimes we have to forget by faith. We don't have the ability to forgive people on her own.

My friend whatever your facing today in your life God has the answer for you. You may have lost your job, maybe a family member is sick, or you're just having problems paying your bills, I just want to encourage you trust God today give them a try as I truly promise you he will not let you down. Men will let you down as I said, however, God never fails.

Freds Thoughts March 9, 2014

Well good morning on this March 9, 2014. As I write this instead around 9 o'clock in the morning. I do apologize I'm not writing as much as I want. However, I sometimes just can't really focus because it seems like that I can get any privacy. Actually when I'm right knee's blog post I am using the Dragon dictation software. If you never have used this and you do quite a bit of writing I would recommend the software to you because it does save you time. Anyway I hope that things are well for you and to give you an update on some things that I am working on.

In a previous post I posted that my goal is to lose 100 pounds within the next year. So by 2015 and March I plan to be down 100 pounds. I have cut back on my eating and I also have made a commitment to drink a lot more water and today I am going to order an exercise bike. My commitment for that would be 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes and evening.

The other thing I want to work on is getting out of debt. I owe between $9-$10,000 in debt. My goal for all this is also one year to be completely free.

The main thing for me to accomplish these goals though short and long-term my relationship with God as to improve. In Matthew 6 – 33 the Bible says but seek you first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things shall be added on to you. There has to be a process in order for us to be successful in God has to be the primary focus for us to be successful. Also the other thing we need his patience. Just as a farmer plants a seed in the ground he doesn't go off the next day and expected a harvest. In order for the seed to grow it needs the right nourishment and also when we get in the must be trimmed. Weeds will destroy a garden and just as weeds get in the garden when weeds get into our life we must get rid of him and we can only do this with God's help.

I am not sure exactly what your face and today but I can tell you that God knows exactly what you're feeling and what you're thinking. In my job I deal with a lot of this is I teach classes and in these classes we teach so much on our feelings in our thinking get us in trouble. Also we teach about attitudes and beliefs. Attitudes and beliefs serve your core values. We get our core values by our upbringing, culture and just everyday life and life experiences. Sometimes our attitudes may be positive and negative. One positive attitude and belief I may have is that my family is the most important thing to me. Something negative may be you have to get others before they get you. The latter is a destructive attitudes and beliefs to have because it will literally destroy you if you let it.

My Weight Loss Journey



Today is March 2, 2014 as I began my weight loss journey and to get better shape I want to start documenting my journey to keep on track and also to possibly help others. I want to stay motivated on this journey. My goal is to lose 100 pounds by next March 2015.

Reflecting on a little of my weight loss journey, I have to admit, my life has changed in so many ways over the last year.
