Mitt Romney not running for president this year

So what is everybody's thoughts about Mitt Romney not running for president this year. I think he would make a good candidate, however I feel that he can't win. The Republican Party need some fresh insight from somebody who is made. I think Jeb Bush may make a good candidate and would have a strong chance to be the Democratic presidential candidate.
