As I think about the things I am grateful for I realize I am one blessed man. God has been good to me and I am thankful for that. I was talking to someone today who had 2 children die in an auto accident about 6-7 years ago. My heart goes out to him and cannot even begin to feel his pain and grief. I realize I am 1 blessed man. I have a lot of things to be grateful for.
1.My family
2.My Job
3.My healing
4.I am able to see, walk, talk and hear. I am not in a nursing home.
5.I am able to pay my bills.
6.I have a mighty God who loves me.
What are you thankful for? Please share with me what they are. Remember that God loves you and cares for you.
In everything I do Lord, make me please you and not others. I wants to be able to stand before you and you say to me well done thou go and faithful servant enter in. I know in everything that i do i must put you first.

Thank you lord for this wonderful Thursday. I ask you lord that i can be a blessing to someone today,
Good evening on this Oct 30, 2013. Today was a good day for the most part. There really want no drama at the work place. They are still looking for a new person to take over and we are waiting to see who that will be. I tried really hard today to stay focused and for the most part i did well. There are a few things that I need to start doing on a regular basis. I need to really work on goals. There are 2 types of goals that we really need. We need short term goals. I think short term goals for me would be in the next month. If I am not happy with the results that I am getting in my life I really need to look at what I have been doing. I am 50 years old and there are certain things that I am tired of and I need to change the way I have been doing things.
Then we have long term goals. For me long a long term goal would be something that I want anytime after 6 months. I believe everyone is different and we have to do what works for us as individuals. I know whatever I set out to do, that God has to be first. There is so much in the word of God that deals with seeking God first. Lets take a look at some of this directly from the word of Gd.

Here are my thoughts for Tuesday Oct 29, 2013. Its around 7.30pm. I am trying to get stuff done, but I am having a hard time focusing. It seems like I have to work on 5 things at once and i am not getting anything done. I want to be able to focus on 1 thing at a time. I want my mind to slow down and not be racing all the time. Lord please help me and I thank you ahead of time for your healing grace.
As I write this I am thinking about this day whick I am experencing. My group at 8.30am started off with some angrry clients that were upset with the way the program in run. They stated that they dont feel like that the staff is here to help them. They feel like that the staff is here just to get a payhcheck and go home. The client stated that most of the staff only care about themselves. They are angry that when they go to there Case Manager for help, sometimes they are yelled at and dont get the help they need. Somnetimes they stated that they have to go to other staff to get the help they need. Then someone almost overdosed on heroin. The drugs sometimes are really bad and something needs to change in regards to this. Hopefull tommorow will be a better day and i pray we can ge the drugs out of this building.
Well it's Oct 28, 2013 around 10.00pm. Its almost time for bed here. I hope your day was good and that it was productive. We have so much to be thankful for. As you watch the news, you realize how blessed we are to live in a land where there is now war. Some of us our dealing with our own wars inside of us. Our minds can really mess with us if we let it. We need to take control of our minds with the word of God on a daily basis. I challenge you to turn your cares over to the lord.

I will

God
Bless Your Beautiful Monday Evening. We love you and
most importantly God loves you unconditionally.
I want to write in my daily journal for Oct 28,2013. I just finished my Thinking For a Change Group. I have been doing this job for about a year now. I am still getting used to be a facilitator. For now this job is ok. I believe this is going to be a stepping stone to something better and more excited. I was thinking today how do you measure success? The majority of our clients have the mindset that they don’t want to change. You have to want to make the positive decisions to have a better outcome. These classes that I teach are on how our thinking gets us in trouble. For the most part the motto is that Thinking Controls Our Behavior. I do agree with statement; however I think it takes more then that to be successful.
I also think it takes a personal relationship with Jesus Christ to have a successful life that will last a life time. You may ask yourself, do Christians have problems? Yes, they do, however God can make a big difference in some who is willing to serve God will all there hearts. It takes a commitment and a desire to serve God and a dedicated to the principles outlines in the word of God.
What does it take to change?
1. Pray everyday. Not just when you feel like it.
2. Study the word of God daily. Make a commitment to start off with 15 minutes a day to read the word of God. The word of God says that God is a spirit and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and truth.
3. Forgive those who have done you wrong. Sometimes people have hurt us badly that you have to forgive them by faith. If God tells us and requires us to do something, then he has to make a way for us to be able to do it.
4. Love everyone you come into contact with. Look at people through the eyes of Jesus. Jesus Christ can make a big difference in your life if you will allow him into your heart.
God Bless You My Friends
I am praying for a good day. I have so much to be thankful for. I have the greater one living inside me and I know that I can do all things through Christ which strength me. I have the love of God living in me and I have the power of God living inside me to forgive those who do me wrong. Jesus laid down his life for me. I want to have compassion for those who are lost and looking for direction. When they do wrong they do not see what is happening in there life. They lack direction and guidance.
I believe God is going to do great things in my life as I put my total trust in him. Here are some of the things I would like God to change for me.
New Job
Health Concerns for me and family
Peace at work
Better relationships with friends and the ability to have more friends
My relationship with family and girlfriend
God please help me today to be the best person I can be and the ability to be different then most people and walk in the love of God.
As I look in the mirror sometimes I do not like the person that is is looking back. I know I have made many mistakes in my life. I ask you Father God to forgive me through the blood of Jesus Christ. Thank you for cleansing me and making me white as snow. To those I have wronged I am sorry and ask you to forgive me.I am so sorry. God I want a fresh start and i ask you Father God to make a way where there seems to be know way. I am going back to work tomorrow and I need your help father God. Please help me. I cannot do this on my own. I need you more then ever and I know with your help i will be ok.
Please help me with my life. I cannot do this life on my own. I surrender all and ask you to pick me up when i fall down. Help those around me see the light of Jesus in me and as they look at me I pray they will see a reflection of you in me. Hear my prayer oh lord and bless my life so I can be a blessing to those around me. As a child of God i am forgiven and no one can take that away from me, because the word of God says I am forgiven and man cannot change this fact.
Please lord bless those around me. My Mom, Sisters, Brothers, Friends, Clients and anyone who might be reading this blog post. Wherever they are located Lord. Please help them and be with them through-out this life.

I can tell you first hand that of you are bullied that it will be with you the rest of your life unless you take action.
One question that I have is, Why Does Bullying Happen Anyway? I am 50 years old and I remember that bullying for me started at a very young age. I think I was 7 or 8. Growing up I did not have many friends.
Why is life so difficult sometimes? Why do bad things happen
to good people? Why do kids get bullied? These are a lot of questions that need
answered. Why do people treat others wrong? Even people in their own families
treat each other wrong and with disrespect.
Today is Oct 26, 2013. As I am writing this I am thinking about what needs to be changed in my life. I look at the following.
My relationship with God. I need to get back to putting him first as I once did. I need to stop making excuses and just do it.
I need to find a new job. I have been on my job for over 17 years and I am just not happy. I need to make sure of the source of my unhappiness. I have learned that wherever you go that you bring you with you.
I need to ask God to manifest his healing in my life. This is for physically, mentally and emotionally.
I really need to focus on the things that I do have and not the things that I don’t have.

Making dramatic life changes can be difficult. The true secret to life-long transformation, according to certified professional counselor Bill O'Hanlon, is to take baby steps; small, subtle changes will yield profound and lasting results when added together. In this concise book, O'Hanlon shares his simple formula for making the small changes that lead to big shifts: Change the Doing, Change the Viewing, and Change the Setting. Each simple concept is illustrated with examples of everyday challenges with easy-to-implement experiments for affecting transformation, as in this example from "Change the Viewing": Don't expect, be happy: Ken Keyes developed a simple strategy to be happy: Expect everyone and everything to be exactly as it is. When you are upset, he suggests, it is only because your expectations haven't been fulfilled and you are demanding that reality be as you want it to be, rather than how it is. So expect things to be as they are, and you'll be happy. For the next day or so, every time something happens within you or out in the world that could upset you, shift into expecting it to be exactly as it is. Tell yourself it is exactly as it is supposed to be. As a licensed marriage and family therapist and the author of more than thirty books, O'Hanlon understands that it often takes only simple adjustments to create a better life. With a therapist's keen understanding of what works, O'Hanlon offers straightforward advice that is reminiscent of chatting with a dear friend for achieving simple yet significant life changes.
Be Fearless
Most people have something that gnaws at them at night, a mess or unrealized dream somewhere in their lives that causes them to feel stuck, out of control, overwhelmed, incomplete, and dissatisfied. They want to run away, back away, and ignore what they fear--whether it's a demanding boss, unsatisfying sex life, or distant love interest, but they can't. The fear finds them anyway. It's always there, and it's the source of all of their unhappiness. It's what lies behind every problem, and it's what stands between them and the lives they were meant to live. Psychotherapist Jonathan Alpert wants readers to know one thing: you can face your fear and create your ultimate life-and you can do it quickly. You can find your dream job. You can end that dead end relationship and get the love you want and deserve. You can overcome perfectionism, procrastination, panic, worry, rejection, failure, excuses and even the people in your life who keep telling you that you can't. You can turn your dreams into reality. You can find happiness, success and love. And you don't need years of therapy or even medications to do it. BE FEARLESS is a 5 step plan that is guaranteed to transform the fearful into fearless. It's based on a revolutionary formula developed by Jonathan Alpert, and it's worked on countless patients whose amazing stories are told throughout the book. In as few as 3 weeks readers will transform their lives using the 5 step program: Define Your Dream Life Break Your Fear Pattern Rewrite Your Inner Narrative Eliminate Your Fear Response Live Your Dream By teaching readers to use fear to their advantage and take important risks BE FEARLESS will make the impossible possible.
